CHEF THOR'S SAGA MENU

Every year in September  we enjoy a traditional Viking Night. Basic drinks are Beer, Vino Tinto,Scots Whiskey, and Russian Vodka. The Fiesta starts with bonfire and light is from candles and small oil fires .
We have as starter Spanish type tapas in small  Chinese ceramic spoons. This year it was 2 different tapas:
TAPA I, ingredients: hot smoked mussels, Greek Feta cheese,honey and Moscatel wine.
TAPA II, ingredients: hot smoked mussels, semi boiled quail eggs,creamy Felix horse reddish paste,smoke flavored virgin extra olive oil,salt and pepper.
MAIN COURSE
Ingredients:smoked pork in Thor's Red Hot Sauce cooked 24 hours in low temperature served with Thor's Garlic oil and Hunter's potatoes ( cooked in the bonfire coals,covered with aluminium)
II COURSE
Barbecued pork cutlet with Thor's Tamarind Sauce and Red Hot Sauce, served with pies and French fries
DESSERT
Fig with dark cacao powder and grenadine fruit buck shots with cream.

The night ends when the last one go to sleep about 5 AM.
