CHEF THOR'S SAGA MENU

Every year in September  we enjoy a traditional Viking Night. Basic drinks are Beer, Vino Tinto,Scots Whiskey, and Russian Vodka. The Fiesta starts with bonfire and light is from candles and small oil fires .
We have as starter Spanish type tapas in small  Chinese ceramic spoons. This year it was 2 different tapas:
TAPA I, ingredients: hot smoked mussels, Greek Feta cheese,honey and Moscatel wine.
TAPA II, ingredients: hot smoked mussels, semi boiled quail eggs,creamy Felix horse reddish paste,smoke flavored virgin extra olive oil,salt and pepper.
MAIN COURSE
Ingredients:smoked pork in Thor's Red Hot Sauce cooked 24 hours in low temperature served with Thor's Garlic oil and Hunter's potatoes ( cooked in the bonfire coals,covered with aluminium)
II COURSE
Barbecued pork cutlet with Thor's Tamarind Sauce and Red Hot Sauce, served with pies and French fries
DESSERT
Fig with dark cacao powder and grenadine fruit buck shots with cream.

The night ends when the last one go to sleep about 5 AM.

THESIS ROBOT WORKSHOP AND THE FIRST SAINT OF PRESS FREEDOM

Thesis robot workshop has launched officially  it's the
 first non profit interactive virtual person. He has been working on different blogs in different languages.His image name is IMP'S FATHER. His main purpose is to comment international complicated situations and crisis.He was born in CAPTAIN HOOK 13.06.1969. His passport number is  BP 04052010. His last job has been the Rector of Siberian University.

The second official interactive virtual person is CHEF THOR . Head cook of Restaurant La Tasca in Los Vives 16, ORIHUELA SPAIN.

The third official virtual patron is S'ANTTI-JUSSI the Saint of Lake Pehkijärvi  and the FIRST SAINT OF PRESS FREEDOM. From this day people who believes in freedom of speech can start to ask his favors.

FAT CHOY (Nostoc flagelliforme)

I was following a TV document handling Chinese black hair looking , moss  resembling food stuff called Fat Choy .Studying more the "plant", which it  is not at all, I found out that it is a bacteria belonging to the family of cyanobacterium. It grows in China near the Gobi desert and appears after the rains. So here is one similarity, with a "mushroom" which comes up after heavy rains here in my place  in SE Spain. I have seen it more always when  the dry and hot  period has ended. It is black, thin and resembles gelatin. I think it can be also some kind of cyanobacterium, maybe same family as Fat Choy  ( Nostoc flagelliforme)

THE WORKSHOP OF THESIS ROBOT

In the future I will launch my THESIS ROBOT- business.It will be a mystery even to me ,and  today I have some ideas which I will test in the virtual media. But meanwhile I am processing the fiction , me and my friends are enjoying next summer the  BRAIN DANCE and food from AROMA AURORA BOREALIS team and tasting the newest survival vegetable mix  named: JUNGLE BUNNY SALAD.

Map of Los Vives, the old village of Jaime el Barbudo

Los Vives is an old village where today lives only some families. In the 19th century the neighborhood was inspired with fear when a famous bandit called Jaime el Barbudo was controlling the near-by laying mountains. Finca Sofia is situated in the end of Camino de Jaime el Barbudo.
